As soon as you plug it in Sony will tell you it has a full/perfect capacity - in the vaio settings!!! (I screenshotted this for you)
I decided to sell my Sony Pro 13 (and fits 11 inch). I had a new and unused battery (that I am selling for $200), and another battery that I have only used at University. I went about twice a week for 8 weeks. It is basically brand new and holds that exact same 8 hours charge as it did when new.
I also have a receipt in case you need proof of purchase. I bought it about 2/3 months ago.
I am happy to post it interstate for an extra $10.
