Cheap room, short term rental July-September! Seacombe Gardens in DARLINGTON, South Australia for sale

Great house in Seacombe Gardens perfect for young professionals or students looking for short term accomodation from JULY - SEPTEMBER ! (With the option to possibly extend the lease in september, if you want long term accomodation).
We currently have two female housemates (22 and 25) and are looking for one more clean and friendly housemate!
The house has an open kitchen / dining / living room. Bath and separate large power shower. Laundry room with top loading washing machine. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and all the usual things fridge, oven, microwave etc. Nice low maintenance outdoor patio garden. There is also a drive with space for one car. The room that is available has a desk, clothing rail, storage boxes, shelving unit, laundry basket and mattress (bring your own bed frame if you need it!)
As well as being a really nice and well kept house, the rent for the room is only $104 a week plus bills which are split between all the housemates evenly.
The bills are paid every 3 months, so short termers will only be paying once, these are approx $300-400 (split between 3) for electricity and aprox $80 (split between 3) for water. We each pay $20 a month for our super fast 200gb wifi internet.
The house is in a really good location 3 minutes walk from shops (Foodland/pharmacy/chicken shop) and we are on really good bus routes as the bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the front door. The buses go to the city / marion shopping centre / FMC (so great for flinders students!)
We are also only a 15 min walk from marion shopping centre.
The room will be available from *July 2nd* till September 20th when the lease will expire.
